This executive program is designed for senior officials and PPP Committee members from the Government of Kenya, including the National Treasury and PPP Directorate. The course will strengthen leadership, governance, and project delivery capabilities through global exposure to Public–Private Partnership (PPP) models and international best practices. Participants will gain practical knowledge through a blend of classroom sessions, case study workshops, and site visits.
